1. The applicant must be a born female, in good health, and legally married, divorced, widow, separated
2. The applicant must be above 21 years of age at the time of application. Valid age proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driver’s License, etc.) must be submitted.
3. The applicant must be Indian-born.
4. The applicant must not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency at the time of auditions.
5. The applicant must never have posed, nor pose during her reign, for any photography, video, or film involving nudity or pornography. Participation in such activities during the application period is strictly prohibited.
6. Once shortlisted, the applicant cannot enter into any other commercial contract without prior approval from the organisers.
7. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules and regulations, including any amendments made by the organisers from time to time.
8. The applicant must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner as per the schedule provided by the organisers.
9. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue during the preliminary rounds.
10. Regional round expenses (travel and stay) must be borne by the participant.
11. The organisers are not responsible for:
» Delays or non-receipt of applications for any reason.
» Non-completion or cancellation of the event.
» Sponsors failing to fulfil promised prizes.
» Any loss, damage, or physical injury incurred during participation. Participation is at the applicant’s own risk.
12. Any incorrect or misleading information provided by the applicant may result in immediate disqualification, whether discovered before, during, or after participation.
13. Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or inappropriate behaviour (oral, written, or through actions) will result in disqualification without question.
14. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters and cannot be challenged under any circumstances.
15. Only persons of good health and moral character are eligible to participate.
16. The schedule of events and qualification rounds is subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
17. If selected as a titleholder or subtitle holder, the participant agrees that all decisions related to productions, promotions, photography, advertising, media, programs, and other official activities during her reign will be solely at the discretion of Mrs India queen of the universe.
18. The organisers reserve the full right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or amend the show at their discretion.
19. Registration and grooming fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
20. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
21. If the applicant fails to join the audition through the provided Zoom link for three consecutive scheduled sessions, the registration will be considered null and void.
