1. Registration & Grooming Fees

All registration fees, grooming fees, and participation charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Once the payment has been successfully made, no refund requests will be entertained, including but not limited to:

  • » Voluntary withdrawal by the applicant

  • » Failure to attend auditions (online or offline)

  • » Disqualification due to rule violations

  • » Inability to participate due to personal reasons

  • » Failure to join Zoom auditions for three consecutive sessions

  • » Change of mind after registration

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the event that the organisers cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, technical issues, or force majeure events), the organisers reserve the right to:

  • » Adjust participation to a future date, or

  • » Provide alternative arrangements at their discretion

No refund shall be issued in such cases.

3. Disqualification

If an applicant is disqualified for providing incorrect information, misconduct, breach of rules, or misrepresentation, no refund will be provided.

4. Payment Errors

If any duplicate payment or technical error occurs during the transaction process, the applicant must notify the organisers within 7 working days with valid proof. After verification, the organisers may process a correction or refund of the excess amount only.

5. Processing Time (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of the organisers, the processing time may take 7–14 working days.
